Seems like an important companion case to Roe v Wade.
If Q had the power to delay this case until RBG replacement was in office, why not do it? Must be a reason. What are the possible reasons?
Yes, it’s also easy to see (they) are being forced into the open. Shooting this case down would have accelerated that. Possibly faster than the normies were prepared to see abortion clamped down on? Premature uprising that would have compromised public support needed later?
