Yesterday, someone posted screenshots of a report from what looked to be a local newspaper.

That report said that Cruz had been expelled from Stoneman on 8 Feb 2018. Since then he had been bouncing around alternative schools. The alternative schools would make sense, because they are set up for troubled kids,

Supposedly, he got to the school around 14:30, or about 20 minutes before release for the day.

I'll add this question. A lot of times regular school buses pick up all students and drop them off at the main school. The alternative kids then board special buses from there to go to their schools. process repeats at end of day.

If Cruz was expelled, that should have triggered an immediate reaction from the resource officer or any faculty member to go get him and start the process from removing him from school grounds.

Miednik says she saw him on the stairs during an all school evac. That would put Cruz among faculty memebers who should have collared him right then and there.

Unless, Cruz was usually there at that time because his bus from the alternative school usually drops him off at that time.

So maybe, Cruz cuts alternate school that day but gets an uber ride over in the PM at the usual drop off time.

Point is, if Cruz was expelled he should have been collared by any school employee as soon as they saw him, because he wouldn't be allowed on school grounds, so why was he able to walk around with other kids and leave school gounds without intervention.

Wonder what the school bus situation is wrt alternative school students.
