During today's Whitaker Hearing, some of the republicans asked Whitaker questions on things that would suggest wrongdoings by black hats, like RR. A really interesting exchange was when McClintock (R-CA) questioned him.

McClintock questioned Whitaker about how Roger Stone was arrested. The congressman believed that the excessive use of force and CNN's coverage was a political stunt to intimidate any Trump allies from supporting the president, just like the IRS went after the Tea Party. Keep in mind, they had 29 combat-ready FBI agents arrest Stone, while only 25 Seals raided Bin Laden's compound.

Whitaker's initial response to McClintock was that the FBI had to take many factors into consideration to ensure the safety of Roger Stone and their agents. He finished by assuring the congressman that the FBI is prepared to explain why they conducted the arrest as they did in a closed session of the committee.

There is now a gag order on Roger Stone from discussing anything about the case.

Stone's arrest was definitely for optics, but I think it was planned by Trump. Maybe they were trying to protect Stone. Or more likely, they intentionally wanted the public to be outraged by the use of force on an old unarmed man.
