The issue seems to be a legal one. God created man and woman. But a "person" is a fictitious legal entity created by the state. It is created by the Birth Certificate. Taken from Maritime law. A ship or vessel has a Berth Certificate with the length and weight of the vessel on it. The legal system, assuming the body is a vessel for the soul, applied this registration, with length and weight noted, to mankind. Do a legal search for "person" and "individual". They are synonymous with corporation and "legal entity".
What we should be doing is NOT calling ourselves "persons" and changing the law to read Man and Woman.
