Best part of the Whitaker hearing today that I saw was the exchange between MW and a female Democrat and the Dem was trying to get MW to say whether or not he would recuse or has recused himself on any matter regarding HRC.

The AAG told her that if he revealed whether he was recused or not regarding HRC could not be said as that would also reveal the existence of an investigation — if there was one and he would not be commenting on whether or not there was an open investigation into HRC.

Skillful and pissed the libtards off big time. They wanted to jump on him regarding any investigation into HRC as being somehow improper, but he didn’t give them anything, while leaving open the possibility that HRC is being investigated.
