POTUS spelled the proper phonetic Germanic spelling of the name "Weener", which is "Wiener", actually pronounced "Veener" in German.
Anthony Weiner's actually name is pronounced "Viner" in German or "Winer" in English. But since Jews did not want people calling them "whiners", they opted for the pronunciation to be "Weener" instead.
I don't know if he was looking at Pelosi, but was looking at camera for sure.
