I'm just an Ausfag casual and my perspective is that certain pieces are being moved around the board at certain times. Not only for certain "acting" roles before RIF's and appointments but to keep what's actually happening in the shadows from the DS.

eg. if the WORK Whitaker over HARD and he moves out for someone else, can they repeat the process without the public getting tired/bored of it

I heard multiple times over mics when she would ask a question someone would answer for her to keep her train of thought going. She couldn't even handle Whitaker answering in a sentence without screeching "yes or no"
