DIG from the post w/ the video clip of Cong. Lesko questions to AAG Whitacker concerning abortion.

Lesko used the word "infanticide". Blacks Law Dictionary: "Foeticide" would be the more appropriate term to use when discussing abortions up to birth, IMO.

Lesko cited the Federal Partial Birth Abortion Act. AAG Whitacker says DOJ to uphold the law that Congress passed - in context referring to that Act.

"The last abortion-related case to reach the Supreme Court was Gonzales v. Carhart, which was decided in 2007 by a 5-4 vote. It UPHELD a 2003 congressional BAN on the abortion procedure known as ….. PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION." (emphasis added) https://www.abort73.com/abortion_facts/us_abortion_law/

Partial birth defined at third trimester.

Congr. Lesko also cited statistics that there are more black babies being aborted than born. She was reading from prepared notes - introducing this into the Congressional record. Why?

Knowing what we know about the origins of Planned Parenthood, does the following apply?

Blacks Law Dictionary - Crimes Against Humanity:

"Murder and Extermination

Murder and the extermination of a demographic group are universally acknowledged as crimes against humanity. While private citizens can also be charged with murder, in the context of international law murder and extermination refer to when a state actor commits murder or extermination, usually on a mass scale. In many cases, such violent acts are perpetrated by the state against a civilian population. Extermination may be carried out on ethnic grounds. Ethnic persecution, it should be noted, is also considered its own crime against humanity."

Here's the questions I have.

1, If State Legislatures pass laws legalizing foeticide up to the point of birth — are they conspiring to commit crimes against humanity?

2.And are those doctors and their entire staffs who perform/assist in 3rd trimester abortions also guilty of crimes against humanity?
