My question would be, HOW did they get dual citizenship… They would either have to have been born outside of the U.S, or left the U.S for a number of years to gain a foreign citizenship. … The United States allows dual citizenships, but you have to meet certain criteria to achieve it…. If these politicians have dual citizenship, and were born in the US, how ,when , and for how long did they leave United States for in order to gain other citizenships… It takes 5 years to get a US citizenship. 10 years to get one from Canada .. it takes YEARS, and you can't just buy it…or can you…hmmm
