Actually, i think its in preparation of "we are over populating the planet, abort now and save the earth!" i.e. population control…. first its voluntary, second it will be forced. You can't rely on laws to protect you if they change them to force you.
Overall i find him to be entertaining and overall credible… I have found some great information he would benefit from and relating to the last 100 episodes or so… but when sending to the website email it gets bounced and his twatter has dm disabled.
Context is everything, and right now AI algorithms are designed, implemented and trained for exact and specific context. Outside of it, it fails and starts becoming inaccurate really quick. For accuracy tons of training data is required which is manually intensive and take extreme computing resources.
