Specifically has one of two meanings and possibly both.

I had been saying that it is likely that team Q posts here as just another anonymous account. Not in typical Q fashion, but rather to help steer the research slightly.

So they have been here privately partaking in research.

It could also mean that it is time for Q to become more public aka time to wake up the normies.
