THEN, from that date -45 (within 45 days) the next benchmark. THEN , from that date -60 days, and then finally -90. This would put the end date for these events in the last week of September, 2019, I believe. This would be MUCH more advantageous timing from a POLITICAL (optics) standpoint for Trump. It would set the stage for an easy Trump victory in 2020.
