Look at it another way. No one other than Mueller has control over the investigation into POTUS.

It would also be rather good if the investigation into Russian activity to influence American politics turned up documents which could be used to show Mueller was following proper protocol in his position and his superiors tried to classify documents in order to make him the fall guy if U1 was ever investigated.

They are trying to leverage Mueller. They realize they do not have control and that Mueller is not on their side. They wanted to launch additional investigations, but they can't because Mueller is in the way and stalling for time.

The Q clock/map is a countdown timer, possibly a mission timer on the other end.

This also makes sense as to what sec_test was about. Posts following these tests are likely to be pertinent to the seconds of the countdown.

I don't think there is a completely direct translation between the Qclock and calendar days/time. There may be a general association, but I don't think it is completely absolute.

So … I think we are actually looking at two or more mission timers, here. Since the storm is something we can actually do something about, embedded into the MAGA-Mission timer is a mission for "the storm" with its own timer.

Many people face charges. Courts have power to subpoena documents. Making sure documents exist and are available to subpoena would be the job of an investigation, wouldn't it?

Mueller's investigation is a counter-intelligence investigation into Russian activities. That would necessarily apply to U1, as well. If his superiors didn't document their own actions, but the Russians did, then anything unearthed within Russia could be verified by intelligence intercepts performed by MI - "legal" or not.

How do you introduce evidence into court. If I record you saying something, that may not be able to be used by a prosecutor to prosecute crime if the recording was not done legally. However, if someone says you said something, and you deny it - and someone says "I have a recording of you saying that" - then it can be subpoenaed and entered into court.

Some people overestimate their ability to understand a situation intuitively, and come to overvalue the conclusions of their research into an event.

The conspiracy to bring down the WTC was very large, but this discussion gets rather needlessly hung up on whether or not the purple crayons are grape flavored. The proof in the pudding is the number of people who called their business off for the day. Someone in the know of the CIA's op warned people in positions of authority, who in turn violated containment and called their business for the day off and told their workers not to show up.

If those people knew, perhaps other people had their own plans to make sure x, y, or z happened. Perhaps there were demolition charges, perhaps there weren't. The operation was carried out by the CIA. Why gets us to the Committee of 300 and MI6… But that is farther along the mission.

Disinformation campaigns love to get people to argue about the flavor of crayons rather than paying attention to the picture their meal is served on.
