Here's why I believe the 8,000 person SES gets virtually eliminated on PURIM. This Jewish holiday starts at sunset on the evening of Wed 3/21/19 and lasts through Thu 3/22/19. PURIM celebrates the day where Esther saves the Jews from destruction by Haman, and Haman ends up getting hung in the gallows he built for the Jews.
Haman = Cabal (the wolves)
Anons = Esther (the shepherds)

Remember the SES (Senior Executive Service) uses a KEYSTONE with 13 stars as their logo. Q asks what is the KEYSTONE. For the good guys, that is Q+. For the bad guys, that is the SES+. The last shutdown started on Sat 12/22/18 and ended exactly 5 weeks later on Friday 1/25/19. 35 days. Then we learned about the 21 day window which expires on 2/15/19. That shutdown was "unplanned" so RIF's could not occur legally.

However the next shutdown is PLANNED. Funding runs out 2/15/19 which means the 1st day of the next shutdown would again be on a Saturday 2/16/19. Trump recently tweeted "better than 50/50 chance of a shutdown", thus making it public record, legal and planned.

Let's assume the PLANNED government shutdown starts Sat 2/16/19, then the RIF clock starts ticking, and BY LAW, we need 22 consecutive missed work days for RIF's to be legal. We know that PAIN begins on T-23. Could that be Day-23 after a PLANNED shutdown when RIF's start?
