This definitely wasn't a training exercise. No way they would have blown out a bldg in downtown LA like that…

Since when does the military drop by unannounced in the middle of downtown LA, land helicopters in the street while civilians are around, forcibly break and enter into a privately owned building, and then fly away taking things with them?
