They used a lot of chem weapons out there, including DU munitions and those also contributed to "Gulf war syndrome" and the birth defects. Those responsible should be gutted in a public square. I'd vote more that McVeigh was either MKultra or believed he was on a secret mission and working a cover that was protected. Instead he got hung out to dry.
