We notices the photo Id strings were searchable in Bing before and I was able to locate several newspaper from the wall st financial area related to Railroads which was author by the Librarian of U.S. Congress. Which his penned articles seem cryptic and might have been agents seeking guildance in control of the bankingsystems for the cult. Curiously, the last page of the AR report has a medical stained slide attached that may have been thyfoid, scralet, or other contagon from the time frame... with everything cataloged to date. This may point to population control prior to WWI. May have to Flu strain post WWI responsible for killing veterans and others to remove them from resisting cult control operation post war.
