I dunno anon, seems like the plethora of evidence it was related to mastering (i.e., mapping) the human domain has more legs, though definitely ties in with eradicating ,militants. But that would've been from the BHO/DS perspective.
I saw something that sticks in my mind that Gen. Flynn is running the Nat-Geo Spatial Intelligence Agency which did the human terrain mapping, overlaying geo-location with ip and gps from our phones (hence the DHS planes circling metro areas).
This smells like officially-connected cover, don't know The Drive or their connections.
