Yale Newspaper Publishes Guide To Destroying "White Boy" Lives Using "Stasi Tactics"

At the Yale Daily News, East Germany had nothing on the paper's opinion editor, Isis Davis-Marks.

The Nazi SS had nothing. The Castroite Cuban turbas had nothing. Mao's cultural revolution had nothing.

Here's what Davis-Marks has in mind for Yale college kids:

Everyone knows a white boy with shiny brown hair and a saccharine smile that conceals his great ambitions. He could be in Grand Strategy or the Yale Political Union. Maybe he's the editor-in-chief of the News. He takes his classes. He networks. And, when it comes time for graduation, he wins all the awards.

One day, I'll turn on the television — or, who knows, maybe televisions will be obsolete by this point — and I'll see him sitting down for his Senate confirmation hearing. Yes, he'll be a bit older, with tiny wrinkles sprouting at the corners of his eyes and a couple of gray hairs jutting out of the top of his widow's peak. But that smile, that characteristic saccharine smile, will remain the same.

When I'm watching the white boy — who is now a white man by this point — on CNN, I'll remember a racist remark that he said, an unintentional utterance that he made when he had one drink too many at a frat party during sophomore year. I'll recall a message that he accidentally left open on a computer when he forgot to log out of iMessage, where he likened a woman's body to a particularly large animal. I'll kick myself for forgetting to screenshot the evidence.

She concludes…

We allow things to skate by. We forget. We say, "No, he couldn't have done that," or, "But he's so nice." No questions are asked when our friends accept job offers from companies that manufacture weapons or contribute to gentrification in cities. We merely smile at them and wave as we walk across our residential college courtyards and do nothing. Thirty years later, we kick ourselves when it's too late.

But I can't do that anymore — I can't let things slip by. I'm watching you, white boy. And this time, I'm taking the screenshot.

So here we have the lovely state of affairs at Yale University, which gave this mediocrity - after a clearly cosseted upbringing among the elites - an admission slot.

She's urging her fellow students to follow white males around, monitor them, spy on them, screenshot them, and document everything they do, in the hopes of ruining their careers at some point 30 years down the line. If she knew anything about the history of socialism or communism, which, to make charitable assumptions, she doesn't, she's in fact calling for a Stasi-like atmosphere, as seen in The Lives of Others, all because she was so inspired by the Brett Kavanaugh hearings, with the Senate Democrats' last desperate tactic of bringing up false stories dating from college as a means of sinking Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination.

Davis-Marks has been steeped in the culture of political correctness and identity politics, and it doesn't take long for political correctness policing to start turning into the tactics of the Stasi. Here she says she would like to get an early start through thought-police tactics starting at Yale, to ensure that she can make charges stick. The records on P.C. transgressions will be made, the records will be kept, and the records pulled out at the convenient times to ensure that no one from Yale succeeds should he have the temerity of being a white male. As an aside, the fraud potential of this is pretty impressive. But the idea of being monitored by who knows whom, and recorded by resentful and bitter fellow students, really is something. Obviously, that should end the social capital of the place — no one will be able to trust anyone, and what is P.C. today might just be different from what is P.C. tomorrow, so the potential for harm is amazing. And everyone at Yale, presumably thinking about his future career, will from now on be on his toes, much as East Germans were during the Stasi era.

It's frankly pretty chilling. What's more, she's likely to get away with it, having mastered the use of race and sex cards all her life as chits to power and always being rewarded for them. Now she finds it's not enough. The tactics must be turbocharged with Stasi tactics, making everyone as bitter and resentful as she is, despite the opportunities she's had.

One can imagine that with this free-form self-appointed Stasi proposal she's made for everyone at Yale, she's going to be screen-shot, too. What a nice place Yale is going to be.

'You don’t get to authorize US military interventions' – US Rep. Khanna to Venezuela’s Guaido

After self-proclaimed leader of Venezuela Juan Guaido said he might 'authorize' a US military intervention, he was rebuffed by Congressman Ro Khanna, who told him he doesn’t get to make the call on "US military interventions."

“Mr. Guaido, you can proclaim yourself leader of Venezuela but you don’t get to authorize US military interventions,” Khanna tweeted on Saturday, adding that only the US Congress can greenlight sending troops overseas.

“We will not,” the Democrat from California added.

He further stressed that it is not up to “neoconservative Defense Department officials” or “defense contractor lobbyists” to authorize interventions abroad either.

Congressman Khanna was reacting to earlier remarks made by US-backed opposition leader Juan Guaido, who didn’t rule out approving a US military intervention to oust President Nicolas Maduro from power in Venezuela. He told AFP that he would do “everything that is necessary” in order to “save human lives,” while acknowledging that the deployment of American soldiers is “a very controversial subject.”

Top HRW official accuses Israel of meddling in UK, gets called ‘anti-Semitic conspiracy theorist’

Human Rights Watch (HRW) Middle East Director Sarah Leah Whitson is under fire from Jewish organizations after claiming Israel is meddling in UK domestic politics by summoning a “manufactured” anti-Semitism crisis.

The incident began when Asa Winstanley, a journalist for the Electronic Intifada, a US-based pro-Palestinian news outlet, warned that new accusations would soon rock the UK’s Labour Party, which has been dogged by scandals ever since Jeremy Corbyn was elected leader in 2015.

“We’re on the cusp of a major new wave of manufactured ‘Labour antisemitism crisis’ stories, much like spring/summer 2018,” Winstanley tweeted, linking to his own article from last year, which suggested that Jewish activists had been taking instructions from a government-developed phone app to criticize Corbyn en masse.

Most Expensive Midterm Ever as Special Interests Paid Billions in 2018 for a Shot at Ruling Over You

PACs, committees, candidates, and other assorted special interest groups spent a record breaking $5.7 BILLION just for a shot a ruling over you in government.

When I first started out as an independent journalist in 2007, I remember interviewing a congressional candidate who put his law career on hold to seek public office. Through my naive and hopeful eyes, before the interview, I looked from afar and wondered what may have inspired him to serve the public. Was it to reform corruption, stop the wholesale fleecing of the citizens of Louisiana by their criminal government, or was he standing up for a noble cause?

Turns out, I was wrong on all fronts. When I asked him why he chose to run for congress, his answer back to me—knowing that this was going to go on record—was “I thought I could win.”

There was no desire to right any wrongs—no desire to seek positive change and create a better life. The entire impetus behind his campaign was due to the the notion that he thought he could win. I thought to myself at the time that surely this man was an anomaly and most other politicians must be motivated by some selfless concern for the well-being of others, otherwise known as altruism. But I was dead wrong.

The anomaly is actually the reverse. The politician who seeks office for personal gain is the rule, not the exception. Self-interested narcissists fill the halls of Washington stomping on anyone who gets in their way and unafraid to lie, cheat, and steal to get there. The politician who risks their career to stand for what they believe in and to serve the people, however, is the actual anomaly.

Our politicians, they tell us, commit themselves to a life of government so they can serve their constituents and represent them at a national level to further the democratic process and uphold our rights. Promises of lower taxes, free stuff, more freedom, and more security flow from the mouths of political candidates like treated water from a sewage plant. But it’s the exact same story once they all get elected—sell out to lobbyists and push more war.

The opportunity of public office has become such a position of power and control people are paying billions of dollars just for a crack at landing their candidate a job in D.C. In fact, according to a report this week, the cost of the 2018 was the most expensive midterm election in history.

As OpenSecrets.org reported, with more than $5.7 billion shelled out by candidates, parties, committees, PACs and outside groups, the 2018 midterm leapfrogs even the then-record breaking 2008 presidential election which saw nearly $5.3 billion in total spending. It also smashes the previous midterm spending record of $3.8 billion in 2014.

“Just as the 2018 elections brought historic wins for a more diverse group of candidates, they also saw greater spending than we’ve ever seen or anticipated for a midterm election, capitalizing on years of loosened campaign finance regulation and oversight,” said Sheila Krumholz, executive director of the Center for Responsive Politics.

It would be irresponsible reporting not to mention that a little less than 17 percent of this money came from individuals in the form of small donations. But this likely has more to do with candidates getting better at appealing to emotion than it does with any grassroots movements affecting real change.

The following chart shows just how much money people continue to pour into the opportunity to sell you out to special interests.

Orbán announces major family protection package for Hungary

Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced a seven-point family protection action plan in his state-of-the nation address in Budapest.

“This is Hungary’s answer to challenges, rather than immigration”, the prime minister said.

Listing the points of the action plan, Orban said

every woman under 40 years of age will be eligible to a preferential loan when they first get married.

The preferential loan of the family home purchase scheme (csok) will be extended; families raising two or more children will now also be able to use it for purchasing resale homes.

The government will repay 1 million forints of the mortgage loan of families with two or more children. This measure was first announced in August 2017 for families with three or more children, with the government paying off 1 million forints of families’ mortgages for every third and subsequent child from January 2018. The measures has now been extended to include families raising two children.

Women who have had and raised at least four children will be exempt from personal income tax payment for the rest of their lives.

The government will launch a car purchase subsidy programme for large families. Families raising at least three children will be eligible to a grant of 2.5 million forints to buy a new car seating at least seven people.

The government will create 21,000 creche places over three years.

Grandparents will also be eligible to a child-care fee and look after young children instead of the parents, the prime minister added.

Orban called Brussels “the citadel of new internationalism” and immigration as “the instrument of this internationalism”. He said there are once again forces that want to see open societies and a world without nations, “fabricate” a supranational global government and are still controlled from abroad.

“The target countries for migrants are witnessing the emergence of a Christian-Muslim world with a shrinking rate of Christians. But we, central Europeans, still have a future of our own”, Orban said.

UK: Mother Arrested in Front of Children for Calling Trans Activist a Man on Twitter

British police arrested a mother in front of her children for calling a trans activist a man in a Twitter argument, with a judge subsequently issuing an injunction banning her from referring to the person’s “former male identity”.

38-year-old Kate Scottow, of Hitchin, Hertfordshire, said she was “arrested in my home by three officers, with my autistic ten-year-old daughter and breastfed 20-month-old son present” in comments posted to the Mumsnet online forum, according to the Mail on Sunday.

“I was then detained for seven hours in a cell with no sanitary products (which I said I needed) before being interviewed then later released under investigation… I was arrested for harassment and malicious communications because I called someone out and misgendered them on Twitter.”

Police officers are said to have taken her DNA, fingerprints, and photograph, and continue to retain her laptop and mobile phone months after they arrested her on December 1st, hindering her university studies.

The Mail on Sunday say Hertfordshire Police have confirmed the arrest, telling the newspaper: “We take all reports of malicious communication seriously.”

Specifically, Ms Scottow is said to have been interrogated for “deadnaming” trans activist Stephanie Hayden during an argument over whether trans people should be able to legally change gender through a simple self-identification process with little or no medical oversight.

Hayden had made headlines in late 2018 for launching legal proceedings against leftist comedy writer Graham Linehan for using their male birth name, describing this as “a gross violation of my privacy and who gets to know this information about me… I am quite prepared to resort to the law if people cross the line.”

Court action appears to have been taken against Scottow, also, with Deputy Judge Jason Coppel QC issuing an interim injunction against her which bans her from “referencing [Hayden] as a man” or alluding to Hayden’s “former male identity”.

Hayden has previously backed campaigns to take down billboards sporting the dictionary definition of a woman as an “adult human female” as offensive, and to force academics who dispute whether someone born male can really become a woman to step down from university positions, according to The Times.

$14 Million in Meth Seized at Texas Border Crossing

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers seized a half a ton of methamphetamine estimated to be worth more than $14 million dollars as smugglers attempted to move the drugs through a South Texas border crossing. The smugglers allegedly concealed the methamphetamine within a commercial shipment of fresh produce this past Wednesday.

CBP officers assigned to the Office of Field Operations (OFO) at the Pharr International Bridge came upon a tractor-trailer hauling a commercial shipment of fresh produce consisting of fresh bell peppers crossing into the U.S. from Mexico. Officers referred the tractor-trailer to a secondary inspection station, according to information obtained from CBP officials.

During further inspection, officers scanned the trailer with a non-intrusive detection system and a K-9 detection officer led handlers to a concealed cargo suspected to be methamphetamine, officials stated. After a preliminary test of the suspected methamphetamine, which produced positive results, officers offloaded the cargo and found a total of 364 packages of the drug weighing a total of 1,005 pounds (456 kilograms).

Officers also located four packages of cocaine weighing 9.92 pounds of (4.5 kilograms).

Officials reported the total value of the contraband to be an estimated $14,152.000, according to a media release issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Department of Homeland Security.

Federal officials seized the drugs and the tractor/trailer, Officers turned the case over to Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents. Officials did not report what, if any, arrests pertaining to this seizure were made.

“This was truly an outstanding interception of hard narcotics that our CBP officers (affected) yesterday at the cargo facility,” Port Director David Gonzalez, Hidalgo/Pharr/Anzalduas Port of Entry, said in a written statement. “A seizure of this magnitude is a positive enforcement action against drug smuggling organizations, one that will certainly make a difference in our fight against drugs.”

CBP officers and Mexican law enforcement and military personnel continue to make large seizures of methamphetamine, and according to Breitbart News law enforcement sources, these drugs come from Mexican drug cartels who deployed super-drug labs enabling mass-production of product for the U.S. market and ever-expanding local Mexico market distribution market.
