LA metro area anon, here. It had been a big MSM news item for awhile about Elon Musk deciding to start digging underground tunnels in LA. He just started doing it like it was his god given right. Maybe too much heat, because the last I heard they stopped him? What struck me from the start was the arrogance of that prick, since it made it sound like he just decided to do it without permits or an EIR. Anyone familiar with the LA area knows that you need a fucking permit to build a doghouse in your backyard since the City is constantly looking for new revenue streams to support their free programs for muh "undocumented immigrants," aka fucking illegals!
