Here's an experiment a friend worked on. At colleges they would stop kids and ask them to listen to a song for $10 for a study. After they listened, if on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the worst, and you hate the song, if you marked that box, they would offer you money to listen to it again, and 9/10 times, the person, after getting paid to listen again and again, would end up being okay with the song or even liking it.
Give the devils their due.
