The Supreme Court is saying restrictions such as requiring hospital privileges by an abortion providing doctor impede a woman's right to kill her child (abortion). So the matter will go back to the lower court for the full appeal hearing. The Supreme Court was ruling on an injunction type situation – should the new law be allowed to be implemented pending the full appeal hearing in the lower courts? The Supreme Court said no, the new law cannot go forward until the challenges are fully heard in the lower courts.

Where were they when millions of Americans lost their homes and jobs during the Feds theft of US and global wealth in 2008. Where are their tears for the Veterans who are homeless due to Obama/Clinton/Bush policies. No sympathy here.
