"…on the DoD website they have a daily list of new approved contracts. this one jumped out at me and a few other listed on todays list:

Homeland Security Solutions Inc., Hampton, Virginia, is awarded a $10,250,351 firm-fixed-price, six-month contract for program management support, training, human resources services and non-guard security support services…"

NOTE:

They provide not only teachers, but also ROLE PLAYERS?

Significant?

Exactly who is hiring them, and for what?
