It used to be no victim, no crime, no lawyers allowed. Now the laws are all about "precedent", or making law from the bench, to benefit the state, which they subvert to benefit (((them))).

A welfare state w/o mandatory birth control is a disaster for society.
To do this is to subsidize single motherhood and poor people, which means you'll get more of them.

Welfare needs to be decentralized, period. People on welfare should be denied the vote, period. Anyone who gets their money from gov't, denied the vote, period. People with no living children? Same. None of those mentioned have a reason not to vote for more gibs, and/or any stake in the future.
History shows democracy and universal suffrage do not work… For very long, anyway.
