Once you are born again of Holy Spirit by doing Romans 10:9&10. Yes. Well, in a way though we are still different than Jesus Christ.
We were born from sinful blood, carried through the sperm through generations, all after Adam sinned. We are cleansed of that sinful blood and made whole through the Holy Spirit (God's essence) once we are born again.
With Jesus Christ it was different. He was born as a man yes, and is the Son of God (God said, "This is my Son in whom I am well pleased"). However, the sperm that impregnated Mary came from God, by miracle, creating that sperm in her. What this did is it broke that line of sinful blood. That is why Jesus had never sinned. He was pure and without spot. His blood came from that sperm that God created in Mary, thus making him the only begotten of God. That is why he was qualified in being the Savior of Man.
