Does anyone know or have a list of law enforcement departments that have been trained in or by foreign countries? Specifically LEO departments in areas that have had mass casualty events.
Not stirring, just thought this may be pertinent information to know. Meta data to possibly fill in some blanks. Is there a correlation?
