POTUS retweeted his twat of 12:10 FEB 8 regarding 50% Approval Rating. The original FEB 8 twat seems to have been deleted from that day. It now appears between more recent twats: 2:28 PM FEB 10 and 4:41 PM Feb 11.
While at Walter Reed, POTUS twatted twice, according to news reports. Given the timeframe of reports posted on interwebs, he did this around noon. See pic: the two twats are about condolences for deceased individuals.
