If [AS] has "seen" evidence of collusion and did nothing while both the house and the senate conclude that there was no collusion… wouldnt that be considered obstruction of justice?
If [AS] has "seen" evidence and is sharing it publically exposing it, would that be the same as obstructing mueller's investigation?
If [AS] is sharing "classified" information, wouldnt that make him subject to mishandling of classified information laws?
