I want out of California. Housing prices are too high. Gas is too high. It's gotten pretty bad.

Looking for a place away from the city, but close enough where I can drive an hour or 2 to get to a nice city. Good internet a must as I work online.

I have no idea where to look. Any ideas, anons?
