Two can play the long term game or, when one avenue closes up, open a couple others.

If the cabal cannot control at the federal level, it will infiltrate at the state. With states, they can subvert the will of the people two ways:

Passing legislation to give electoral votes to the nationwide popular votes (Why vote?)

or

Getting control via voter ID fraud and election fraud of the electoral votes via the states with the most electoral votes. (Flood with illegal's?)

I hope any revelations of election fraud comes out about fraud at the state and local level. We already know the DS wants the popular vote because that's the most efficient- just control the west and east coasts and some select states in between.

Hillary never campaigned like she had to. Fraud would take care of the popular vote and they probably thought they had some states in between to cement the electoral votes.

Take down the current cabal avenue of control but a new one may spring up via the states.
