body parts are not intellectual currency. To bring them into a conversation to rely upon to 'make your point' is nonsensical.
The media has trained women to rely on their body parts as social currency instead of their brains/ideas/opinions. Being anonymous helps them undo that media conditioning.
A vagina's job is making babies. It can't research, investigate, offer an opinion or think.
