1) No matter your position on the validity of Q, Trump just quoted Q multiple times throughout that speech.
If Q were to be a “psyop” like the media and dissenters would have you believe; why would Trump put fuel to the fire by quoting Q? Pointing at Q t shirts and signs?
2) If Q is just a “conspiracy theory”, then it would not benefit Trump to peddle this movement. If it was a lie like the media/normies claim, he would openly debunk and squash it because his affiliated with it could be detrimental.

Yes for sure. Its fun to watch. Q's mission to us is to get us to dig and research, not so much predict future events. The future events will happen regardless if we can crack codes or not. Our job is to educate ourselves. This plan is so brilliant and I hope one day we get a documentary on it all
