Agreed. It seems obvious now why they needed the Dems to take the House,
why the shitshow that was Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings, why the silly Q&A
with Whitaker, etc., in hind-sight. Even the colleague that I had been updating
on events (he moved recently) agreed that things are way more strange than
could ever be reasonably expected, even from the political world we live in.
