He mentioned DOG, which seemed kinda off the cuff at the rally, but now has me wondering.

Dogs we keep on leashes.

POTUS said he didn't have time.

POTUS said Obama had a dog.

Obama used federal agencies like attack dogs, micromanaged everything - tight leash.

So is POTUS suggesting he's staying "hands off", letting agencies do their jobs?

Or maybe another meaning. We keep a dog on a leash for control.

Right about now, POTUS is probably getting a lot of the swamp creatures looking to cut a deal, try to save themselves by "being on a leash". If POTUS "doesn't have time", maybe the answer is "no".

Or maybe it was an off the cuff thing.

Just food for thought.
