We are automatically reversing certain Wells Fargo fees incurred on Consumer and Small Business checking, savings and lending accounts.
We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience caused by the system issues experienced on February 7th. We want to reassure you that we are automatically reversing the most common Wells Fargo fees on Consumer and Small Business checking, savings and lending accounts incurred from Thursday February 7th through Sunday, February 10th as a result of the system issues. Lending accounts include Automobile Loans, Consumer and Small Business Credit Cards, Home Equity Lines, Mortgages, Personal Lines and Loans, and Student Loans.
You do not need to call us to request a credit for these Wells Fargo fees as they are being automatically reversed no later than Friday, February 15th.
