Thinking about Q. Decided to look up John Q Public. From wikipedia:

John Q. Public (and several similar names; see the Variations section below) is a generic name in the United States, to denote a hypothetical member of society deemed a "common man." He is presumed to represent the randomly selected "man on the street."

Thought there may be a clue in Q.

There is an interesting reply from 2013.

"It's just a placeholder.

Why use 'Q'? Probably because it's rare, unusual, unlikely to cause confusion with an actual person. The one person whose name is John Q. and whose name is somewhat familiar was John Quincy Adams, sixth President of the USA, whose full middle name is almost always used."

Q is a placeholder to designate the common man. Q points or gives clues and the common man (Anons) supply the intellegence to link the clues.

Even with absences of Q pointing, the common man continues to dig and link.

You will be surprised who Q is? Its you.
