Constitution states a House Rep only needs to be an inhabitant (not a resident) of the state they represent.
It means someone who lives there. All residents are inhabitants but not vice versa. A constitutional lawfag would need to speak up whether it had a different meaning back when the country was formed.
Keep in mind people didn't own multiple properties in different states when our country was created. I always thought it was weird the constitution doesn't require a House Rep to live in the district they represent. They didn't envision what exists today.
