Did a bit of geneology searching and there are tons of black Williams(es) in Louisiana with large families and lots of children. Have not found any middle name for Maxine Waters' husband Sidney Williams, so for now I'll assume he doesn't have/use a middle name or middle initial.

The old document number record does not indicate a parcel ID; someone would have to visit the Hall of Records in Bakersfield, CA to locate the old document and see if it relates to a specific property (presumably it does).

Well it gets complicated. People with money often have trusts, multiple trusts, and there is no requirement that a trust be named with the associated individuals' name(s). It could be called the ABC Trust and the only association between the trust name and the trustors would be in the Deed of Trust, and I don't even know if that gets recorded anywhere.
RE digging is a pain in the ass but I have a bit of experience doing it.
