IMO shooting was partly staged but target was judge roll who ruled govt ie obama could not take ASSETS WITHOUT CONVICTION and obama was targeting 401k assets .

Roll had ruled verbally but no written ruling, replacement judge ruled for govt confiscation of assets without conviction and iirc it was a money laundering case the precedent would have been set on.
