Very shortsighted of you. Prison reform is necessary. The black population has been targeted and controlled through the prison system. A felony record makes it nearly impossible to dig themselves out of poverty, so they remain slaves to the system. Slaves to the system vote to keep the system in place because they are dependent upon it.
