Something's not adding up here.
Both redfin & realtor.com have the property sold on Oct 10, 2014.
Maxine has it listed on her disclosure form as owned property in 2016.
Harris County now has the owner as Easterly Christian.
Either there was a deed transfer post 2016 that hasn't been recorded/not showing up…
Or Maxine put a derelict Houston property that she never owned on her 2016 disclosure form.
