I don't know how many Anons are so interested in food types of videos, but one YouTube channel that I recommend is Jas Townsend and Sons. Their videos focus mainly on 18th century cooking and recipes. You can learn how to make a clay oven, how to store eggs to last the longest, how to make Ginger Beer…
They exclusively try to stay with authentic 18th Century cookbooks.
I'm not trying to famefag for them or whatever, I am just letting Anons that are interested know that these videos are incredibly educational and that perhaps WE might have actually learn to cook and store food like this in the future.
Never hurts to have a little knowledge on your side!
