I don't feel bad when I wish people would kill themselves. There are hundreds of people I hope will smoke their shotgun. Those people belong in hell and are breathing the same air we have to breath. Should we make a list?
It looks like his style. He has no sense of shame. Like all sociopaths he is truly convince that he is right and the rest of us are human garbage to be used and abused by him. Sociopaths do not experience empathy. They can't do it.
