None of this notation is relevant to chess in any way. Neither algebraic nor descriptive notation being meaningfully applied–a move such as P-Q1 is impossible from white's or black's perspective, as it signifies a movement backward for the queen pawn, which is illegal. White's Q1 is Black's Q8 (and vice versa), so the "queening" move a passed pawn to the opponent's first rank is recorded as P-Q8 (Q). Under algebraic notation squares are identified on a grid (a-h, 1-8), so there is no "P3" square.
