If you go to the archive and read all of Q's drops that have Declas "-FISA" and read it with an eye towards JFK and the Warren report, I believe you will find a double meaning for declas. The FISA will surely not show foreign allies and our own DOJ conspiring to 187 41020. The text messages between strozk and page discussing 41020's private security sure scratch the surface of that, but that will not be in a FISA application.
