10% max. Even most Level 1 jews believe they're superior to everybody else, due to their use of the Torah and Talmud. That's worrying (euphemism) and puts ALL of them under general suspicion in my opinion.
What would you do, if 90% of your dog breeding were rabid, but you don't know which ones? Would you try to sort it out or rather get it over with to start anew?
