I'm probably going to step on some toes here but Unions, from my personal experience, suck. They make maj of ppl lazy and take advantage of their fellow coworkers who don't have as many years in the union.They also manipulate ppl to vote a specific way or they bully them like a Mob… were they will have other ppl, in that union turn on that person.
