If you look back nothing is posted as Q until well after drops are in full effect. It is post 34 before Q Clearance Patriot is used. We know that Q is a team and it appears that the begining post of Q in my opinion is chapter between the team. The post that I referred to does appear as a reply but is stated in a factual based sentence rather than a question. I believe that is the end referencing her arrest. The response appears to be in my opinion the detention that has already taken place. With many of the Q post it seems you have to navigate the time line to figure out if it is present tense or future tense.
