(2) There's nothing special about Stanislav Lunev except the reason for his defection: Criminal enterprises took over the government and the intelligence service for which he worked. Lunev explains in testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on National Security, Military Research and Development Subcommittee, August 4, 1998:
"Mr. Pickett asked me a question, very important question: How do I know about Russian intelligence activity in this country now, because I defected in 1992? Let's say that in my case, to say I am defector is not very good idea, but I accept this word because I simply did not return to country I lived before my whole life, because country I signed my oath for military service in 1963 didn't exist to the time of my defection. (3) One of the JFK Assassination files the government recently released (October 26, 2017) contained an FBI memo which reads, in part (all caps added for emphasis):
"…the 'Surgeon General's Report' on the assassination stated that the first bullet entered the President's throat below the adams apple, clearly showing that two persons were involved with the first shot being fired from the BRIDGE across the park way in front of the car.
"To further substantiate this, [the witness] said there was a bullet hole in the wind shield of the President's car…"
