Alexander Sanger is the current Chair of the International Planned Parenthood Council, and served on the IPPF/WHR Board from 2001-2008. A former president of Planned Parenthood of New York City, Alexander Sanger also served as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Population Fund.
